Cabin Crew

Cabin Crew, also known as Flight Attendants, are essential members of the aviation industry, ensuring passengers’ safety, comfort, and overall travel experience. They are the first point of contact for passengers, offering a warm welcome and assisting them in finding their seats.

Their primary responsibility is to ensure all safety protocols are followed, including demonstrating emergency procedures and checking that passengers are properly seated and secured before takeoff.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ASafety First: Demonstrating safety procedures, checking seatbelts, emergency exits, and equipment.

  • Passenger Assistance: Helping with boarding, luggage, seating, and special needs (elderly, disabled, children).

  • In-Flight Service: Serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger needs.

  • Medical Aid: Handling in-flight emergencies or first-aid situations.

  • Security Checks: Ensuring no unauthorized or suspicious activity onboard.

  • Customer Interaction: Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude, resolving passenger complaints.

Eligibility

  • Age: 18 to 27 years (may vary by airline)

  • Education: 10+2 (any stream); a diploma or degree in aviation or hospitality is a plus.

  • Height: Minimum 155 cm (females), 170 cm (males); proportionate weight

  • Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (regional language is an advantage).

  • Vision: Normal (with or without correction)

  • Medical Fitness: No visible tattoos, good health, and grooming standards.
